Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 ripe mangoes, diced
- 2 ripe avocados, diced
- 8 slices of bacon, chopped
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions:
Warm the grill up to a medium-high level
Add salt and pepper to the chicken breasts, and then brush them with olive oil
Grill the chicken for six to eight minutes on each side, or until its done
While the chicken is on the grill, cook the bacon until it is crispy in a skillet over medium-low heat
Take the bacon out of the pan and set it aside
Leave the bacon fat in the pan
Honey, apple cider vinegar, and Dijon mustard should all be added to the bacon fat in the same pan
To make it hotter and a little thicker, stir it around a lot and cook for two to three minutes
Take the chicken off the grill when its done and let it rest for a few minutes
Put grilled chicken breasts on a serving plate to put together
Apples and mangoes cut up should be put on top
Cover the chicken, mango, and avocado with warm honey bacon dressing
Add some crispy bacon on top
Serve right away and enjoy
