Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 burger buns
- Toppings of your choice cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, etc
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix together ground beef, chopped onion, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined
Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into burger patties
Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat
Cook the burger patties for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness is reached
Toast the burger buns on the grill or in a separate skillet for 1-2 minutes, until lightly golden
Assemble the burgers by placing a cooked patty on each bun, then adding your choice of toppings
Serve immediately and enjoy
