A cool and refreshing On a hot day, Cucumber-Mint Lassi is a great drink. When you mix cucumber and mint, you get a great flavor that goes well with yogurts creamy texture.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup cucumber, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder
- Salt to taste
- Ice cubes optional
- Mint leaves and cucumber slices for garnish
Instructions:
Add fresh mint leaves, plain yogurt, cumin powder, and a pinch of salt to a blender
Mix until its smooth
If you want a cold lassi, you can add ice cubes and blend again
Check the taste and add more salt and cumin powder if needed
Add mint leaves and cucumber slices to the glasses after you pour the lassi into them
Serve right away and enjoy
