Ingredients:

- 5 lbs beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
- Egg noodles or rice, for serving
Instructions:
Warm up the olive oil in a big pan over medium-high heat
Fry the beef slices until they turn brown
Take the beef out of the pan and set it aside
Put chopped onions in the same pan and cook them until they get soft
Add the mushrooms and garlic that has been minced
Cook until the mushrooms are soft
Put some flour on top of the mushrooms and mix them in well
Slowly add the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard while stirring all the time
Bring the mix to a low boil and let it thicken
Put the cooked beef back in the pan and stir it around to coat it with the creamy sauce
Turn down the heat and add the sour cream
Keep cooking until the beef is done the way you like it
Add pepper and salt to taste
Put it on top of egg noodles or rice and sprinkle chopped fresh parsley on top
