Ingredients:
- 1 cup 2 sticks unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1 3
- 4 oz package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350F 175C
In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and creamy
Add the instant vanilla pudding mix, eggs, and vanilla extract
Mix until well combined
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until a soft cookie dough forms
Stir in the semisweet chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the dough
Drop rounded tablespoons of cookie dough onto ungreased baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden but the centers are still soft
Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring them to wire racks to cool completely
