Ingredients:
- 1 pie crust
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup crumbled goat cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375F 190C
Place the pie crust in a pie dish and crimp the edges
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, salt, pepper, nutmeg, and garlic powder until well combined
Spread the chopped spinach and crumbled goat cheese evenly over the pie crust
Pour the egg mixture over the spinach and cheese
