Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup sugar-free ketchup
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Before you start cooking, heat the oven to 375F 190C
Ground beef, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, diced onion, minced garlic, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper should all be mixed together in a large bowl
Split the mixture in half, and press one half into the bottom of a loaf pan to make a square
Add cheddar cheese shreds and bacon bits to each layer
Place the rest of the beef mixture on top and gently press down to seal the edges
Add sugar-free ketchup on top
After the oven is hot, bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until the food is fully cooked and the top is browned
Wait a few minutes before cutting it up and serving it
