Ingredients:
- 200g dark chocolate
- 100g white chocolate
- Lollipop sticks
- Assorted sprinkles optional
Instructions:
Use a double boiler on the stovetop or a microwave to melt the dark chocolate until its smooth
Fill each cavity in the lollipop molds approximately halfway with the melted dark chocolate
Place lollipops inside the molds
For about ten minutes, place the molds in the refrigerator to partially set the dark chocolate
Meanwhile, smooth out the white chocolate by melting it
After taking the molds out of the fridge, carefully spoon the melted white chocolate onto the partially set dark chocolate, making any desired swirls or patterns
If youre going to use sprinkles, add them to the white chocolate before it solidifies
Place the molds back into the fridge and allow the lollipops to fully set, which should take between thirty and sixty minutes
When the chocolate lollipops are completely set, carefully remove them from the molds
Present and savor
