Ingredients:
- 12 large marshmallows
- 12 small strawberries
- 12 lollipop sticks
- 1 cup red candy melts
- 1/4 cup green candy melts
- Green sprinkles
- Wax paper
Instructions:
Strawberries should be cleaned and dried with the stems left on
Put a lollypop stick through the top of every strawberry
Arrange the marshmallows onto a different wax paper-lined tray
Melt the red candy melts in 30-second bursts in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring in between until smooth
Make sure every strawberry is equally coated by dipping it into the melted red candy
Let the excess fall off
To form the shape of a strawberry, place the coated strawberry on top of a marshmallow
Continue with all of the marshmallows and strawberries
To make the strawberry look like seeds, cover the top with green sprinkles while the candy coating is still wet
The marshmallow strawberry pops should be placed on wax paper to harden
Melt the green candy melts in a different microwave-safe bowl and then pour the mixture into a small piping bag or zip-top bag that has a tiny hole cut out of the corner
To finish each strawberry looking like a strawberry, pipe green leaves at the top
Give the pops about half an hour to set completely
Your homemade marshmallow strawberry pops are ready to be consumed at your party once they have set
