Ingredients:
- 200g noodles use any type of noodles you prefer
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- 1 cup mixed vegetables such as bell peppers, carrots, and broccoli
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
- Toasted sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions:
Cook noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside
In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, maple syrup, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and minced ginger to make the teriyaki sauce
In a separate bowl, dissolve cornstarch in water to make a slurry
Heat a pan over medium heat and add the mixed vegetables
Cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender
Pour the teriyaki sauce over the vegetables and stir to combine
Add the cornstarch slurry to the pan and stir continuously until the sauce thickens
Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss until well coated with the sauce
Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through
Serve hot, garnished with toasted sesame seeds and chopped green onions
